This Shipping Policy explains how Safiara Essentials processes, fulfils, and delivers orders placed through our website within the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, internationally. Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on our behalf by an appointed third-party fulfilment and logistics partner operating licensed warehousing facilities in the UAE.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed over for dispatch within [1–2] business days of confirmed payment, in line with our fulfilment partner's standard turnaround for pick, pack, and dispatch. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will begin processing on the next business day. During peak periods (such as promotional campaigns or the product launch window), processing times may be extended, and we will notify customers of any delay.
Fulfilment Locations
Our products are stored and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's UAE-based warehousing facilities. To ensure efficient delivery, our fulfilment partner may dispatch orders from any of its operating locations within the UAE without prior notice to us or to you; this does not affect your order in any way.
Delivery Areas and Timeframes
- United Arab Emirates: estimated delivery within [2–4] business days of dispatch.
- GCC / International (where offered): estimated delivery within [5–10] business days of dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier or fulfilment centre capacity, weather, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events affecting our fulfilment or logistics partners.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping thresholds or promotional shipping rates, as displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can monitor delivery status.
Quality and Compliance Checks
As standard fulfilment centre practice, outbound shipments may be subject to routine quality, weight, and compliance checks prior to dispatch. This does not involve opening sealed product packaging and will not affect the condition of your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Where Cash on Delivery is offered as a payment method, payment is collected by our logistics partner at the point of delivery on our behalf, up to the value permitted under our fulfilment agreement. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. Availability of COD may be limited for certain locations or order values, as indicated at checkout.
Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to receive the order, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection, in line with their standard process. Orders returned to us as undeliverable after repeated attempts may be subject to re-shipping fees or cancellation with a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Order Inspection on Delivery and Loss or Damage in Transit
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If a package appears damaged or tampered with, please note this with the courier and contact us at [Support Email] within [48 hours] of delivery. Safiara maintains insurance coverage for products held at our fulfilment centre and in transit; where a product is confirmed lost or damaged while in the custody of our fulfilment or logistics partners, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Returns & Refunds Policy's Section Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items of this document.
Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. Safiara Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and any access instructions are accurate at checkout. Safiara Essentials is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
